Honest Regional Report considers collaborations that are relevant to readers interested in regional life and can be described transparently. Partnership work is kept distinct from independent editorial coverage, with its paid or partner status clearly labelled.

Ways to collaborate

Possible arrangements include a clearly labelled partner article, a sponsored resource relevant to regional readers, or a standing partner placement that points readers to an appropriate service or publication. We consider the subject, presentation and likely reader value before agreeing to anything.

Clear boundaries

Partner material is labelled where readers encounter it. Payment does not guarantee editorial endorsement, and partners do not direct independent coverage or control conclusions. We do not accept copy that disguises promotion as independent reporting or makes claims that cannot be responsibly supported.

Make a proposal

Use the Contact page to describe the organisation or project, the intended audience, the proposed format and any material terms. We review proposals for relevance and fit; sending one does not guarantee acceptance or placement.
